We're here to support you every step of the way
Buying a home is an exciting milestone, and we're here to make the process as straightforward as possible. From your first enquiry through to receiving the keys to your new home, you'll work with different members of our Sales team. This page explains each role and how they can help you throughout your Shared Ownership journey.
The People You'll Meet
Your initial point of contact. The sales advisors will guide you through the application process for new build, resale and staircasing. They can answer any initial questions you may have and will process your application, ready for the next stage.
They will let you know if you are successful in your new build application. They will be your main point of contact during your Shared Ownership purchase, and they will guide you through the conveyancing process up to completion. For some developments/transactions, Estate Agents will be appointed in place of a sales consultant.
They will be your dedicated case handler for the sale/purchase or staircasing of your Shared Ownership home, guiding you through from the start of your journey up to completion.
They will oversee the staircasing and resale processes, handled by the consultants. Provide support to where needed, whilst also handling any complex cases/enquiries.
