Include the following info in the email:

  • Applicant 1 - Title and full name
  • Phone number
  • Applicant 2 - Title and full name (if applicable)
  • Development name
  • Property type you're interested in

Answer the following questions YES/NO:

  • Are you over the age of 18?
  • Is your gross household income less than £80,000 per annum?
  • Are you a current home owner?
  • If so, is your current property sold subject to contract?
  • Are you a serving member or an ex-service personnel member (honourably discharged within the last 24 months, having served a minimum of six years) of the British Armed Forces?
