When our existing Shared Ownership customers are ready to sell their homes, we will advertise them on our website and the Share to Buy website - these homes are also known as Resale homes. Our dedicated Resales Team can help you at every step of your Shared Ownership journey.

Viewings of this home are arranged directly with the seller. Before you can arrange a viewing, you’ll need to complete an affordability assessment with the appropriate Broker panel member.
