SNG are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in the Best Show Home category at the prestigious First Time Buyer Readers' Awards.
This award recognises the show home that best allows buyers to see the property at it's maximum potential, giving them a realistic picture of what it would be like to live in the home.
Designed to appeal to first time buyers, we collaborated with global brand and buyer favourite, IKEA, on the three bedroom show home at our Moonhill Rise development in Exeter. This marked IKEA’s first show home install outside of London, and allowed us to kit the property out using budget-friendly furnishings, showcasing how buyers can furnish their home on a realistic budget.
